TRACE started with a woman who never stopped creating, my grandma Marge. She was bold, resourceful, and the kind of person who didn’t wait for perfect she just started. Puff paint sweatshirts, over-the-top Halloween costumes, handmade gifts that somehow always felt bigger because they came straight from her imagination. She’d take me garage sale hopping and we weren’t looking for things we were looking for potential. What could this become? What could we make out of it? She always believed in my big ideas, even the wild ones, and that’s where I learned something I’ve carried with me ever since: you don’t wait to be creative, you don’t wait to be ready you just begin.

That energy is TRACE. 

No two journals are the same because no two people are. Every detail you choose, every mark you make, every page you fill turns it into something that’s completely yours. It’s not just a journal it’s something you create, and then it creates something back. These aren’t meant to sit on a shelf looking perfect. They’re meant to be carried, lived in, thrown in your bag, opened mid-thought. They hold the bold ideas, the messy thoughts, the plans, the memories, the things you don’t want to lose.

TRACE is built on a few simple beliefs: create with your hands, be bold enough to try, don’t wait for perfect, and don’t let your thoughts disappear.
